I’ve been to so many laser places & this is the best one yet! In my opinion have the best machines & prices! Mary is the only nurse who lasers me, she is very thorough and patient! I always requests to have my appointments with her! The receptionists at New Look are also sweet and attentive! Specifically the receptionist Mary, she was able to help me resolve an issue with my appointment and was very understanding! This is your new laser place!

I finally found my perfect nurse! Although they’re all so nice and sweet, Nafis is going to be my go to from here on out. She was so sweet, honest, knowledgeable, and patient ! I have very sensitive skin and she listened to me and respected my wishes as a patient. She took such a good care of me! Love her! Thank you Nafis, you truly made my day !

This is the best place for laser hair removal of all skin types and ethnicities! I’m a black woman and I’ve had no issues with them removing my facial hair and my skin pigment changing or anything happening. The staff is very knowledgeable about what you need! I recommend Susanne!!! I love her I’ve been going to her over a yr for partial face just started underarms she’s amazing! Helen at the front desk is an angel I have a hectic work schedule she was able to accommodate me and squeeze me in to the Sunday schedule!!! I mean what more can you ask for! Great service, wonderful people with smiles AND it’s not expensive for both services is $55!

I go to Alicia regularly for my giant laser hair removal sessions. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she's just an amazing all around person who I now consider a great friend. She keeps patients calm and comfortable, has incredible patience and is so very experienced at her craft. I look forward to treatments with Alicia, she makes it fun and the time passes by so quickly. New Look Skin Center in Glendale does a phenomenal job with laser hair removal. All of the nurses care I’ve encountered really care about the quality of their work. Many of them have years of experience and even the new nurses are well trained and educated. The front desk and call center staff are helpful and courteous and make sure you come prepared for your appointment. All in all a great med spa

I’ve been going to New Look for years now along with most of my family members. I love this place! They have the kindest and most caring nurses along with the sweet girls in the front that help with anything. The laser machines are so high quality that you can definitely see the progress of your treatments. I’m so glad that I found such a great clinic to do all of my laser and skin needs!
